This was a tremendous weekend for PHS Football.
Varsity had a complete team win on Senior Night, with all three phases of the game contributing in a major way as we move to 2-0 in league.
JV won 48-6 and I know our JV staff mentioned how so many players had a major hand in the win. I look forward to watching the film this weekend.
Finally, our C team won 42-0 and got back on track.
The future is bright at Ponderosa, both the remainder of this year and beyond. We are currently #14 in the Playoff Selection Seeding- In 4A the top 24 teams make it, with the top 8 getting a bye. We will continue to work to find a winning formula each week for Varsity, and appreciate your support. We have two very good football teams in league left (FNE and TJ) and will need to prepare like champions and play clean football to have a chance to win each game.
