Coach Flynn has been coaching high school football since 2007. He has been with Ponderosa since 2013 and has coached both sides of the ball. He was Defensive Coordinator in 2009 at Liberty High School for a unit that was 2nd in the conference in least points allowed and won that schools last conference championship. He has been an Offensive Coordinator since 2010 and his offensive units consistently rank towards the top of the state in total offense and points. Coach Flynn also currently serves as an advisor to football operations at Judson University.
Born in Los Angeles, California, Coach Flynn was a two sport athlete in College and has a B.A. from Judson University (IL) and a Masters in Computer Science from Colorado University. He is married to Wendy and has three children: Layton, Dylan, and Kendall.
Coach Flynn is currently the Chief Operating Officer for Phil Long Dealerships which is a 20-store group with operations throughout Colorado and New Mexico.
